Subscription & Purchase Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery. You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or via the links included in your order confirmation emails.

Subscribers receive three seasonal shower steamers each month, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season you're in. Your first subscription delivery also includes a complimentary Himalayan marble steamer holder.

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

One-Off Purchases

The Deeprose also offers one-off purchases without a subscription commitment.

One-off orders are processed shortly after purchase. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
