Delivery Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our UK studio.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, seasonal launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, including both subscription and one-off purchases.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days following dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected delivery schedule.

Subscribers receive three seasonal shower steamers each month, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season you're in.

If you wish to pause, skip or cancel a subscription, changes must be made before your next billing date.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing an order.

The Deeprose cannot be responsible for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thedeeprose.com.

We'll work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement order.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging where possible.

We'll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
