What are shower steamers?
Shower steamers are tablets infused with essential oils that release their aroma when activated by steam and water, transforming your daily shower into a seasonal ritual.
How do I use a shower steamer?
Place your shower steamer where it can be gently splashed by water, but not directly under the stream. As it dissolves, the essential oils are released into the steam, creating an immersive aromatherapy experience.
What do I receive with my first order?
Your first subscription delivery includes three seasonal shower steamers and a complimentary Himalayan marble steamer holder.
What is the Himalayan marble holder?
Each holder is hand-carved from natural Himalayan marble, making every piece entirely unique. Designed to elevate your ritual, it provides the perfect place for your shower steamer to rest and gently release its aroma.
The Subscription
How does the subscription work?
Subscribers receive three seasonal shower steamers delivered each month. Each collection is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season you're in.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
When are subscription payments taken?
Your subscription renews automatically according to your selected delivery schedule. You'll receive confirmation each time a renewal is processed.
Do the scents change?
Yes. Our collections evolve with the seasons, bringing new scent experiences throughout the year.
Shipping & Orders
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free UK delivery is included on all orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days and most UK deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days following dispatch.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return opened shower steamers?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
