We hope you love your Deeprose ritual. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at info@thedeeprose.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6 Falcon Way, Beck Row, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 8EL
If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

We'll assess the issue and work quickly to make it right through a replacement, refund or alternative solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time before your next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible return requests will be handled in accordance with this policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
